Public Offer
In plain words: these are the terms for paid plans — price, payment, cancelling and refunds. Everything on Karvon is free right now, so you pay nothing. A "public offer" is an open offer to everyone: if you choose a plan and pay, you agree to these terms.
This document is a public offer by Karvon LLC for the use of the karvon.academy platform. Choosing a plan and paying for it constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
1. Definitions
- Provider — the party supplying the service, Karvon LLC.
- User — an individual who has created an account on the platform.
- Service — the right to use the online IELTS preparation platform.
- Acceptance — selecting a plan and completing payment.
2. Subject of the agreement
The Provider grants the User the right to use the platform's features within the selected plan, and the User pays the plan price.
The service is delivered online and requires an internet connection.
3. Plans and pricing
All features are currently provided free of charge — paid plans have not launched yet.
Once launched, plan contents and current prices are published on the Pricing page. Prices are set in Uzbek soum (UZS).
The Provider may change prices; a change never applies to an already-paid period.
4. Payment
Payment is made through the Payme and Click payment systems, in advance (100% prepayment).
A subscription is paid for the chosen period and may renew automatically — this is stated explicitly on the payment page.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time on your Account page: access continues to the end of the paid period and then does not renew.
Within 3 (three) days of payment, if no paid features have been used, the payment is refunded in full.
If paid features have been used, a pro-rata refund for the remaining days is considered. Send requests through the contact form on the site (/contact) or karvon.app@gmail.com; they are reviewed within 10 working days.
6. Rights and obligations
- The Provider keeps the service running and announces planned maintenance in advance.
- The Provider may suspend an account that breaches the terms without a refund (see clause 4 of the Terms of Use).
- The User uses the account personally and does not redistribute platform materials.
- The User must provide accurate payment and contact details.
7. Liability
The Provider does not guarantee an exam result or any particular band — the platform is a study tool.
The Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant period.
8. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its control (internet or payment-system outages, natural disasters, decisions of state authorities).
9. Validity and changes
This offer takes effect when published on this page and remains in force until a new version is published.
Disputes are resolved under the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
